SENIOR PROJECT SCHEDULER
Littleton, COCarollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Senior Program Scheduler as part of Carollo’s Utility Advisory Services.

Primary responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Developing, managing and maintaining master program schedules for large, complex capital programs involving multiple projects in the water/wastewater industry.
- Developing and implementing schedule requirements, processes, procedures, and templates for implementation by other project team members, such as project designers and contractors.
- Coordinating with project and program team members to gather information necessary to update master program schedules on a monthly basis to reflect progress on individual projects and the overall program.
- Reviewing and analyzing detailed design and construction schedules against contractual requirement and best scheduling practices and for potential project and program risks.
- Evaluating progress reported on project design and construction schedules provided by project designers and contractors.
- Providing quantitative analyses related to potential claims.
- Coordinating with the Program team to find timely, cost-effective resolutions to conflicts as they arise.
- Implementing schedule recovery strategies and revising schedule as necessary to incorporate recovery strategies.
- Preparing monthly and annual schedule reports indicating schedule variances by project, highlighting critical projects and potential impact on program schedules, and assisting with identification of mitigation measures.
- Must be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 Professional and Microsoft Project.
- Must be proficient in construction scheduling and Earned-Value Management (EVM) practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience developing and maintaining project schedules for construction projects greater than $100 million.
