Responsibilities
  • Leads coordination of pursuits, and works closely with pursuit team members to build Carollo’s brand with external clients
  • Research, writing, and editing non-technical proposal sections. Additionally, this position assists others in the marketing group on key or high-level pursuits
  • General business development support, opportunity tracking, and internet research
  • Coordinates low- to mid-level pursuits with oversight.
  • Assists pursuit teams with tasks for high- and strategic-level pursuits.
  • Undertakes research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections.
  • Edits proposals in InDesign and collaborates on layout
  • Proofreads and edits technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manages production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts in conformance with company standards.
  • Assists with updating the CRM maintenance.
  • Updates mailing lists as directed by marketing and business development staff.
  • Assists with pursuit interviews as directed by marketing and business development staff.
  • Provides general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by Client Service Managers, Project Managers, and technical practice representatives.
  • This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of similar/related experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, and manage changing needs and priorities based on tight deadlines
